I offer in-person appointments at my office in Midtown Sacramento, as well as virtual care (telehealth) for patients within California.

Psychiatric Care
90min initial visit, $400 50min follow-up visit, $260 25min med refill visit, $180
At your first visit, we will discuss my recommendations and together develop an individualized treatment plan. I offer traditional psychiatric care (such as psychotherapy and medication), and I also utilize integrative treatment approaches when appropriate.
Psychotherapy
50min sessions, $260 (including initial session)
For patients who aren’t already working with a therapist, I offer therapy as a stand-alone treatment or combined with other psychiatric care. My approach is largely psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, but I also incorporate other therapy modalities when helpful.
Consultation
90min, $400
Planning for the future or wanting a second opinion? I can offer a one-time consultation that fits your needs.
A consultation can also be a great option if you are already working with a mental health provider (or an OB/GYN, or a primary care provider) but would like a specialized assessment, including treatment recommendations, to help guide your care.
Please note: I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I am not paneled with any insurance plans at this time. This allows me to see patients for longer visits than are typically offered by psychiatrists and to provide personalized care without interference from insurance companies.
If you have any out-of-network benefits (such as a PPO plan), I can provide what’s known as a ‘superbill’, which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. You can call your carrier to ask if this is an option.
I do have sliding scale fee options available at times; please inquire if you would like more information.
